KoanGames ("we", "our", or "us") operates mobile games including Color by Pop: Relaxing Art and Brushdoku: Art Logic Puzzle (each an "App", and together the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Apps. Some features described below apply only to the Apps that use them. Please read this policy carefully. By using an App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: When you sign in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, we receive your display name, email address, and profile photo URL as provided by the authentication provider.
• User-Generated Content: Any in-game progress, puzzle completions, and gallery artworks you create while using the App.
• Feedback: When you choose to send feedback from within the App, we collect and store the message text you write, together with basic technical context (device model, operating system, App version, language, and the level you are on) in Google Cloud Firestore. We use this feedback only to understand your report, troubleshoot issues, and improve the Apps.
• Photos Access: When you tap Save, Color by Pop: Relaxing Art requests permission to add the completed puzzle artwork you selected to your photo library. The App does not read or upload your existing photos.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: Game progress, levels completed, session duration, and interaction patterns within the App.
• Analytics and Attribution Data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect app usage statistics and AppsFlyer to process install, app-open, device, and invitation-link information for attribution and deep linking.
• Diagnostics Data: Firebase Crashlytics collects crash logs and related device, operating-system, App-version, and runtime information so we can diagnose stability issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App
• Save and sync your game progress across devices
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Analyze usage trends to enhance gameplay experience
• Attribute installs, measure advertising performance, and provide invitation deep links
• Communicate with you about updates or changes to the App
• Review and act on feedback you choose to send us
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Storage). These services employ industry-standard encryption and security measures. Data is stored on servers located in regions managed by Google Cloud Platform.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Google Play Billing / Apple App Store: Process in-app purchases (for example, "Remove Ads"). We receive confirmation of a purchase but never your full payment card details.

We do not sell your personal information for money. In ad-supported Apps, advertising identifiers may be shared with advertising and attribution providers solely to deliver and measure ads, attribute installs, and provide invitation links as described in the "Advertising and Your Choices" section below. We require service providers to protect personal data to the same or an equivalent standard described in this policy.

5. Advertising and Your Choices

Some Apps are free and supported by ads delivered through Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier. You can reset or limit ad tracking at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). In Apps that offer it, you can also remove ads through an in-app purchase.

EEA, UK, and Swiss users (GDPR): We process your personal data under the GDPR. Our legal bases include your consent (for personalized ads and optional analytics), performance of our service to you (core gameplay), and our legitimate interests (security and abuse prevention). Before showing personalized ads, ad-supported Apps ask for your consent through a Google-certified consent message; you can change or withdraw this consent at any time from the App's settings, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize data linked to that account within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes. Analytics, attribution, advertising, and diagnostics data that is not linked to your account is retained under the applicable service provider's retention policy.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
